Founder/CEO
James started his first technology company, IBEX ONE, on his 21st birthday. Within a year it had revenues in excess of 3 million dollars and a client list of some of the largest investment banks in the country. In 2008, he invented a technology that was able to determine in real time the validity of an email address. The company built around this innovation was BriteVerify. With no outside investment, James and his partners grew BriteVerify to nearly 15 million in revenue with EBITDA of nearly 8 million. In May of 2018, James successfully negotiated the acquisition of BriteVerify to Validity, Inc.
Founder
Brad Mitchell’s made a career of building innovative companies focused on leveraging new technologies to improve sales and marketing processes.
His journey started with the Xerox Corporation where he was a sales leader in Xerox document system networks, PCs and printers. When Xerox announced their Sales Agent program, Brad managed an award-winning Xerox Sales Agency at New England Laser Printing.
Brad then moved into the data world and joined iMarket, traveled all across the country presenting well over 250 “In Search of Customers” D&B MarketPlace seminars. iMarket one of the nation’s fastest growing companies was acquired by D&B.
Brad founded MarketModels, building multisource data platforms for customer and prospect databases. Well-known for AlumniFinder.com with subscription sales to over 1,200 colleges and universities. MarketModels was acquired by the Primus Marketing Group.
As CEO of Myrge Technologies, developer of product registration platforms for Equifax, Brad orchestrated the merger with Entiera, a SaaS campaign management platform which was then acquired by FICO.
Virtual DBS was created to leverage cloud-based infrastructure, customized analytic tools and the integration of multiple data sources. As CEO, Brad grew the company and merged with Media Direct.
Brad currently works with Solvenna, LLC as VP of Strategic Business Development. Solvenna is a marketing automation consulting and deploys engineering teams that deploy and support large enterprise Mar-Tech systems globally. Brad is part of a team of notable industry leaders who have built Blue Contact. Focused on building new ID Resolution technology for real-time decision making.

Tim Perry has a proven track record of launching and scaling businesses while delivering innovative solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. He previously worked for Deloitte Consulting, is a 3-time co-founder in the data & marketing technology space, innovator, technologist, and speaker.
In addition to his role at Blue Contact, Tim co-founded and currently oversees operations at Solvenna, LLC, a professional services firm with locations across the United States.

Jeff Wilkins is seasoned technology entrepreneur and investor. He is a founder of nine successful start-ups in enterprise software, e-commerce and Internet marketing services. His martech start-ups include Sift Inc. (e-mail service provider and opt-in e-mail list compiler, acquired by 24/7 Media/WPP), RedSail Media (co-registration lead generation, acquired by Accudata Integrated Marketing), 20/20 Referrals (elective medical lead generation platform, acquired by Novamed), Interaxis (product registration solutions, acquired by Registria), Entiera (SaaS campaign management, acquired by FICO), and ToolBelt Data (contractor data and analytics platform, acquired by Buildertrend Solutions). He has also served on the board of directors of NetLine (content syndication lead generation, acquired by informa) and Registria (ownership experience/product registration solutions).
Jeff holds 8 US Patents for innovations in machine learning, e-commerce, and electronic design. Dr. Wilkins received a PhD in machine learning and an MBA from Stanford University.
